Dice
Dice is the tabletop roller: you build your rolls by die type, roll them, and watch them scroll in a console that keeps the history of results. It's for rolling quickly without hunting for physical dice, and for always having the latest result highlighted. It's free, runs in the browser and spends no credits. You'll find it as a page of its own and as a block in the Board.
How to build a roll
Each row is a group of dice in the form n × dY ± mod:
- Choose how many dice to roll (n).
- Choose the die type (dY, for example d20, d6, d8).
- Add a modifier (± mod) if needed, for example +3.
You can add several rows to handle different rolls in one go. When you roll, the result appears in the console.
The roll console
Below the rows is the console: it shows the history of rolls, with the latest result highlighted so you can read it at a glance even while talking at the table. The history lets you double-check a roll you just made without redoing it.
Persistence
The tool autosaves in the browser: the last roll and the history stay in place even if you reload the page. As with the other tools, the automatic save is per browser/device; if you want to find your layout elsewhere, place Dice in a Board and save that board to your account.
