Terms of Service (EULA)

These Terms govern your use of GameMasterBuddy("the Service"), an assistant for tabletop role-playing games offered by Lasercatsgame (LCG). By accessing or using the Service you fully accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the Service.

1. Account and registration

Access requires authentication via a Google account. You are responsible for the use of your account and the activities carried out through it. You must be at least 16 years old, or the minimum age required by the law of your country.

2. Credits and plans

The Service runs on credits. Periodic credits are refilled each period (e.g. weekly) based on your plan and do not roll over beyond the refill; purchased credits never expire. Usage is proportional to actual use (per token). Credits have no monetary value, are not refundable except where required by law, and are not transferable.

3. AI-generated content

Master AI answers are generated automatically from the indexed manuals and may contain errors or inaccuracies. They are provided as gameplay support and do not replace the official manuals: always verify important information. You are responsible for how you use the generated content.

4. Permitted use

You agree not to: use the Service for unlawful purposes; attempt to bypass credit limits, security or authentication; overload or interfere with the infrastructure; resell or redistribute the Service without authorization; upload illegal content or content that infringes third-party rights.

5. Intellectual property

The Service, the GameMasterBuddy trademark and the software belong to Lasercatsgame. Third-party manuals and works remain the property of their respective owners. The content you upload remains yours: you grant us only the technical license needed to provide the Service (e.g. indexing and storage).

6. Availability and changes

The Service is provided "as is", with no guarantee of continuous availability. We may modify, suspend or discontinue features, and update these Terms; material changes will be communicated. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Lasercatsgame is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service, nor for decisions made based on AI-generated content.

8. Suspension

We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms or that put the Service or other users at risk.
