This policy describes how GameMasterBuddy (by Lasercatsgame) processes users' personal data, pursuant to EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR). Data controller: Lasercatsgame — [email protected].

1. Data we collect

Account data: via Google login we receive an identifier, email, name and an optional profile picture.
Content: your chats with the Master AI, characters and materials you save to your account.
Usage data: credit consumption and minimal technical logs needed for operation and security.

2. Purposes and legal basis

We process data to: provide the Service and manage your account (performance of the contract); account for credits; ensure security and prevent abuse (legitimate interest); comply with legal obligations.

3. Where it is processed

AI processing (generating answers and searching the manuals) happens on our infrastructure. We do not sell your data and we do not use it to train third-party models.

4. Retention

We keep data for as long as needed to provide the Service. You can delete individual chats and your content at any time; when an account is closed, the associated data is removed, except what must be kept for legal obligations.

5. Sharing

We use Google solely for authentication (login). We do not share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

6. Cookies

We use a technical session cookie (to keep you signed in) and a cookie to remember your chosen language. We do not use advertising profiling cookies.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data, and to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority. To exercise them, write to [email protected].
